What little buggers are these ?

What little buggers are these ?

So we had some really extreme hot weather and I decided to clean out my Blue tongue his enclosure, only after adding new substrate I began to notice these tiny little insects that seem to have come out of nowhere. They don't seem to bother my blue tongue, and the local reptile store (specializes in reptiles ) told me for sure they were not mites and that they were likely harmless but he couldn't quite tell from video what they were. Even so I released predatory mites in my terrarium to deal with these and kill em. But does anybody have a clue what these are ? I attached a photo and below are two video's

Looks like springtails to me - harmless beneficial critters :D
To confirm - If you lightly spray them (or blow on them) they'll jump around like crazy!

agree, springtails. Harmless, and beneficial, actually.
