Bluey lost end of tail

This is the first time uploading here, so tell me if I am doing this right or not and if I am in the right place. I was moving stuff around my Merauke Bluey's cage, so i took her out so not to hurt her. When I put her back in I noticed the end of her tail was missing, and noticed it laying in the cage, which terrified me. I must have not been looking where the end of her tail was when i took her out, and it came right off without me noticing. She acted fine and after inspecting it she seemed to stop bleeding on her own, she also really wanted to eat the piece of tail. The blood seems to have clotted already or something at the wound. She acts normal and doesn't seem to be in any sort of pain. It was maybe 3 cm of the tail ripped off. So my question is will it grow back well? And is there anything I should be concerned about when she sheds? Should I have given her tail as a treat, or was it OK to throw it away?I was really proud of my full Bluey tail. Thank You.
