New owner, Indonesian BTS weird bumps on back hips

Hello everyone! New here. Now into the question, but first some back story.

My wife and I recently bought a skink, named LaLa, we quickly realized, after some googling that she wasn't a northern and was in fact an Indonesian. We rigged up a humidifier to help keep her humidity high, it generally sits at around 85 all day, we do turn it off at night. We noticed that she had a few bumps on her back hips, we asked at the vet during her first check up and the vet said they should go away with her first shed. It's been a few days after that and they look worse. We took her back into the vet and they said it looks like some kind of internal infection and gave us a broad spectrum anti biotic. She's still eating well, seems to love blue buffalo with greens mixed in.

At this point We would just like to get some ideas from people who have owned Skinks what they think. Pictures are attached.

I also notice a few areas where shed is stuck, a warm bath and a wipe down may remedy this. The lumps on hips could be abnormal bone growth due to malnutrition, or even injury during the importation process which is quite ugly. Imported animals often come in with maladies resulting from previous 'care'. If your vet has not done a fecal check, I'd suggest that also as they often come in with heavy parasite loads.

She was dewormed and we did just that this morning. No more stuck shed.

I would also guess an infection, possibly bacterial, going on. Common with imports. Hopefully the antibiotics help.
