Should I get this bluey?

Been in search of a blue tongue skink. Interested in a northern. I found a peculiar one, that was born with white speckling on their back. The description stated the little one was the only one in the litter with such markings. I jumped on it, but then my mind is going: "Is this normal for a bluey?"

Perfectly normal. Many of my babies had that.
