Squeaking when pooing

Hi. I understand that this topic has already been discussed however it was 9 years ago so I was wondering if there was any fresh insight as it’s just happened to us.

I have a Halmahera bluey, he’s about 1 years old now and for the first time today he did this when having a poo. He doesn’t much like being handled so can get quite stressed.

As I was about to pick him up to put him back, he lifted his tail, pooed and let out an odd squeaking sound while doing so as though you would when passing an enormous poo.

The poo looked relatively normal and I haven’t really seen anything out of the ordinary about him recently. The only thing I could’ve thought of is that his poo was quite round as opposed to the usual logs that he does. Does anybody have any idea on this?
Thanks.

One of my Eastern boys does that. Boys will be boys...haha he also seems to be smiling when he does it.

Mine does this too sometimes. He never seems to be distressed, and the poos are normal, so I guess he's fine. lol Silly little lizards!

Thanks for the reassurance and yes they sure are. I love my angry little guy to bits but he’s just an absolute machine for stressing me out hahah.
