Help! My baby’s leg is swollen I think

I recently got a Indonesian blue tongue. He is my first one. I might just be overthinking it, but I think his leg is swollen. It’s hard to get a photo that truly shows what I’m seeing, but in this photo you can see his knee looks swollen and slightly bigger on the right than on the left. I couldn’t get a photo showing it but the base of his leg looks cinched, like there might be stuck shed. I gave him several warm baths and tried to rub any shed off but nothing happened. He seems to have less sensation on his toes with the swollen leg than on the other side. He doesn’t act like he’s in any discomfort. If it were up to me I’d take him straight to the vet but unfortunately I’m 17 with no income and my parents are refusing. I just hope I can figure out what this is so I can try to help him before it gets worse.

I'm not seeing any stuck shed but keep your humidity high as it appears your skink is Halmahera. If there is swelling it looks minor. One of my skinks injured her leg during mating and the swelling was much more severe with the leg not functional. Even though x rays came back negative for a break, it took about a week or two before the swelling went down and she was able to walk normally. Sometimes they can injure limbs glass surfing and falling down. Just keep an eye on it and I wouldn't start worrying unless it gets noticeably worse.
