BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

So one scale kinda peeled off a bit and in between the cracks of his other scales around the peeled one it shows red lines of blood. I took a q-tip and water and wiped it but it just keeps coming back but staying really small. Like it’s not non stop bleeding. Like it’ll just bleed the thin red line then stop. Anyway I’ll show a picture. That’ll be easier.
I don’t have any neo sporin. I just would like to know if his scale will grow back and anything else I should or should not do.

It will grow back. You should see what mine look like after breeding season! If you see blood or it appears open in any way, just put a little peroxide on a q-tip and apply to the area to keep out infection and help healing. Works for me every time.

Betadiene applied to the injury works well too , one drop will spread out and cover that injury , then just reapply daily til the injury heals.

Agree to both advice. Also triple antibiotic can be applied.
