My northern started shedding Wednesday. She’s gotten rid of most of it on her own but there’s still a little bit on her back and her knees. How long does it take for them to finish shedding? Should should I give her a bath or just leave her be?
Humidity is usually around 60%.

Your northern should shed just fine unassisted. But I do find that mine enjoys a nice bath and helps them with the shed at the same time. So I often will let them soak when shedding for a little bit. Not necessary, but I do more because he seems to enjoy the soak.

I always assist for two reasons, to be sure it's all off (especially those little toes) and to save myself the mess in the cages!

Agreed, it can take some a few days only and others about a week or so. A nice warm bath soak will help take the remainder off and can't hurt your skink.

Yep.
A nice luke warm bath and soak and the old skink generally comes off in the water mostly for my easterns.
I help by getting a strip of absorbant paper towel that saturated and just dragging it across the body. The slight "stickiness" of the water tension does the trick.
Have small branches for the skink crawl over under and through helps too.
