There is something in my BTS ear and it has been bothering me. I am seeking help cause i am not sure what it is and i do not want anything to happen. Thank you in advance!

Most likely retained shed inside the ear sometimes called ear plugs or ear bags. Has he just shed recently or just going into shed? You can try bumping humidity or giving him a good soak in warm water and usually they come out or come loose on their own. If you can loosen it enough to pull out with your fingers then do so only if it readily comes out without having to tug on it. Some will recommend using tweezers. Obviously sticking anything inside the ear will be risky as your skink may thrash his head and you can easily puncture the thin membrane so I will not be one of those recommending that.
