Little white bugs-help!

Tonight I looked in Juneau’s tank and noticed a whole bunch of these little tiny white bugs in his water dish… Are they mites? Springtails? What do I do?? Freaking out just a little bit…thanks in advance

They are springtails. They are harmless to your skink and will actually help eat and clean up mold and feces in the enclosure.
