Color change?

My baby BTS recently shed and his belly looks pink ish now is this normal? It’s hard to see in pictures but I will post them. Before pictures shed picture after pictures.

You haven't read up much on Meraukes, have you?
Yes, pinkish, reddish, salmonish, all Merauke traits.

I saw that and thought it was normal but before he shed he did like totally white so it was just sudden

Quite the metamorphosis there. I don't think I've ever seen a Merauke with a belly that red before! But colors will always be dull as the skink nears its shed and will be at its most vibrant immediately after.

Thats amazing!! Do you mind me asking what size enclosure you have
