Some questions

My almost 3 year old male eastern hasn’t been eating lately, he had a bite of dog food since he just came out of brumation, inhaled the eggs both boiled and scrambled but he’s not really touching his staple meals. I tried fruit and fruit based baby food hoping he’d eat it but it didn’t work. Next pet shop trip I might get some canned snails for him.
Seeing as he’s a definite male, could it be mating season causing him to not eat? How long does it last?
Until I upgrade both my blueys what strength of UVB should I use, since their new setups are going to be 4x2x2ft should I stick with a 5% or move up to a 10%? The enclosures I’m looking at are second hand so I don’t know whether the fittings they had are either T5 or T8 so idk.
In addition to the setups, what wattage of the ceramic heat emitter should I get? Their new setups appear to have 2 fittings I wanna get a CHE to fill in the second fitting so they have nighttime heat which I’ll probably only use during winter. Their basking lights are 75 watts.
