Mites or just itchy?

So I had my easterns out free roaming today and I noticed my 1 year old got under my dinosaur statue I had on the floor and he rose his back in the air and dragging it across the belly of the statue. Could it be mites or is he just a little itchy? I don’t think he’s shedding bc his patterns haven’t gone dull yet. Though I haven’t seen any signs yet I’ll probs get a proper look tomorrow.
