I believe it is urates, along with a sperm plug (the white line). The reason I'm suspecting this is when a reptile is more dehydrated it can come out more yellow looking more 'textured' like here. Could be a one off thing. Make sure they have good access to water and should be back to normal :) if it does continue for a few days it could be a sign of other things, but won't delve into that until it continues for longer!
