I have a pretty urgent situation. My blue tongue skink managed to get out of her enclosure and wander into an oil painting I had out drying. She's now covered in blue oil paint and I'm not sure how to get it off safely.
Would dawn work? I don't know how it would interact with her scales and I don't want to hurt her. Anything would be helpful.
Oil dries slowly so there's still time. Thank you.

Photo.
If it only covers a small area of her skink, I'd leave it , will come off with her next shed.
If it's covering a larger area , I think you need the help of a reptile vet , I wouldn't try to peel it off or use any solvents (turps etc) on her as these are likely to harm her. I'd be very worried about skink absorption or the effect or the fumes on her if you try any household solvents or soaps.

I agree with kingofnobbys , something like this requires an expert, I wouldn't personally start trying to get it off myself (beyond wiping off as much as I could without chemicals) and there is no worse feeling than trying to help your pet and it ending up making matters worse. Give your vet a call ASAP and see if you can get seen by them.
All the best, please let us know how you get on and what they suggest.

You could try mineral oil. Please post a photo.

Mineral oil and I am pretty sure Dawn dish soup is safe. Avoid eyes and mouth of course.
