Lighting and heating question

Hello,
I am planning on getting a northern BTS next year. In the meantime I am workifng on setting up the enclosure.
I was wondering if the light/heat fixture pictured would be sufficient. Also if anyone has advice on which bulbs to use for heating and lighting that would be great.
The basking spot will be 10 to 12 inches from the fixture.
Any advice/help is greatly appreciated!
