Not sure about the eye's foaming = never seen that in a skink or dragon - the tear ducts are connected (I believe) to the sinuses (in most animals) so mucus might find it's way to the eyes via the tear ducts if the pressure of mucus in the sinuses is high enough (this is speculation only). Might also be indicative of a viral or bacterial conjunctivitis going on too as well as the RI , definitely need to keep them separate for now and maybe a vet visit ASAP to get eyedrops. I'd be careful about home remedies ie diluted manuka honey in sterile saline incase it's a fungal conjunctivitis (anything wet will make a fungal issue worse).

Regarding keeping the sick shingle warm , as already posted in my PM reply
I suggest you visit Bunnings and buy two 109 L or 149 L tubs and convert as shown here for each : https://www.beardeddragon.org/forums/vi ... 4&t=233480
ALLSET 109L TUBS & LIDS part no 2583376 are $22.70
ALLSET 149L CLEAR TUBS & LIDS (575W X 480H X 790L) part no 2583377 are $30.94 ( I only this info on hand as I recently bought 4 of each and had them delivered to my home from Bunnings ).

I find all my scaley children BTs and beardies love their toasty warm hides with the home made thermocouple controlled heatslabs under them , this is how I do it , you could simply slip one under the sick juvie's box : https://www.beardeddragon.org/forums/vi ... 5&t=224976

The tubs can double as F10 nebulizing chamber too (so killing two birds with one stone). Here how to do F10 nebulization until you can get the sick juvie to a reptile vet for some meds.

Looking at similar posts to mine and it seems apparently its a sign of a Ri, i handnt seen it before but today when i fed him a cherry tomato he was chewing for a few minutes working hard to chew it down (i dont usually give them whole i cut them up) and bubbles started bubbling over his eyes, he stopped chewing and rubbed it off on the side of the enclosure. i cleaned his eyes with a tissue and havent seen it foam since but im a bit worried. ill have to go to bunnings and get one of those tubs tomorrow. not sure what u mean by this? F10 nebulizing chamber too (so killing two birds with one stone) whats a f10 nebulizing chamber? and sorry for all the questions, but did you say it would be okay to put a 20 watt heat matt under the card board box?

just read another source saying that it can happen when eating something too big for them, he was struggling to munch the cherry tomato down, maybe thats why he seems fine apart form that but taking no risks he is currently inside in a cadboard box filled with shredded paper
