Issues...
So I got my bts about a month ago now she's 2 or 3 and I got her from a breeder . At first she was the sweetest thing never hissed or anything( for about 2 weeks) . But then she wouldn't eat anything besides bananas or dry dog/cat food. Then she stared acting like she's scared of everything and hiding. Then she just bit me twice now. I'm not sure what to do.. I've wanted a bts for years now and i reserched the for years as well. I finally found one and it's going like this..

Re: Issues...
someone hurt her (accidentially) ?
tummy upset or feeling ill due to INAPPROPRIATE PROCESSED DOG AND CAT FOODS , perhaps a change in diet if no to above .

No one's hurt her. I've always been around when she's been held.
I've tried everything! Fruits, greens ,snails ,eggs, ground turkey and chicken. Nothing she won't eat anything besides bananas or dry dog/ cat food. And I always get the good kind.

She will probably has something wrong .... one of my friend's had a sweet natured BT who suddenly turned very bitey when touched (she thought it was just going through a phase of some kind .... it died a little while later and the necropsy revealed it fatty liver disease (vet told her it was like it's liver exploded , was due to a poor diet ( cat & dog food + too much egg ).
If this change has occurred suddenly , being biting indicates it's in pain and lashing out, a visit to a good reptile vet is in order to have tests done so serious issues / illnesses can at least be eliminated as a course.
A skink wont have a sudden personality change without there being a course , I hope I am wrong , I really do , but better safe than not .
I also recommend a dramatic change in her diet to reflect the Blue Tongue Skink's Food Triangle Guidelines : http://www.completecritter.com/blue-tongue-skink.html and head off serious organ issues before they develop beyond being recoverable.

Re: Issues...
I find nobby's posts a bit alarmist, usually the simple explanations are most likely and we don't have enough info at this stage to rule those out.
Your two concerns are the eating and the behaviour. So first, what temps do you have in the enclosure, and how often do you offer food? The temps need to be right to stimulate appetite and sometimes skinks get very picky with eating if they are offered something, and then something else, and then something else (like naughty kids who won't eat their dinner and wait for the yummy dessert!). An adult can be fed once a week, of staple protein and good vegie mix. Put it in the morning and If they don't eat it, take it out in the afternoon, and offer food again in a week.
With behaviours, what handling have you been doing in the time that you've had her?

Re: Issues...
I tested the temp on the got side and it's 2 degrees lower then it should be. I'll go get another light I'm just worried it would be to hot then.
For food I started every two days but then moved to once a week after she wouldn't eat anything. I tried everything that I could get that she can get
I was holding her once a day for a little while. Like she would sit on my chest/shoulders .now I'm working alot more so it's about once every two days now.

Re: Issues...
How old is the UV globe or tube ?
Inadequate UVA contributes to a lack of appetite in lizards as well as being too cool or too hot , if its not UV or temperatures , it may be something more serious. It's your pet , but IMO better safe than sorry and they are NOT snakes..

Re: Issues...
What exactly is the UV ?
Brand ?
% UVB ?
type ?
Wattage ?
How is it mounted ? ie
above mesh viv lid ?
in a reflector hood ?
how far from the BTs basking spot ?
It may be too far away or too greatly attenuated by the obstructions for the UVA flux to be high enough to be of benefit to the BT.
