BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

Hey, Was wondering if anyone here has had any success with a bio active enclosure for their BTS. I'm interested more in if anyone has been able to house live plants. Any pictures of peoples enclosures would be appreciated.

Nope .... I don't think a bioactive viv is a such a great idea for BTs.... too much risk of viral, bacteria and fungal problems.

I suspect the BT will soon have the plant uprooted and denuded and the soil all over the place too.... you'd have to be very careful with plant selection with BTs being omnivores ....

They would just dig it up like a dog looking for a bone. Burrowers by nature. Save the natural vivs for anoles and dart frogs.
