Anyone used Arcadia 12% T5 tubes?

Anyone used Arcadia 12% T5 tubes?

Anyone used Arcadia 12% tubes? The T5 version.

I was thinking about mounting one to the roof of an animal plastics cage that is 48 long x 30 wide x 18" tall.

Any one used one?

Yes. They're brighter than the T8s and the electronic controllers are cooler plus flicker free. Whether they do anything more in terms of D3 of don't know (or if any UVB tube benefits).

Will be using these soon mounted in Arcadia SlimLine luminaires .... but not for my BTs , they are going into my new double decked (stacked) beardie enclosure.

12% UVB is too strong for my eastern BTs.

What species BT are you keeping ?

Iran Jaya BT- so, you think these would be too strong? How about in a 18" enclosure?

I have always used 5.0 reptisuns, so this is new to me.

I don't know the UV requirements for IJ BTs. Can't comment .
