Help! Crusty eyes

My bluey just got into shed and i noticed a crusty area surrounding its eyes. I read through the forum and saw that the reason could be respiratory infection. The humidity in its enclosure is kept between 68-80% daily, cold side 27c and hot side 37c. I think the parameters should be ideal from what i read.
Should i be concerned about its crusty eyes? Or is it normal when a bluey sheds?

He looks like he has some stuck shed on top of his head also. I'd suggest a humid hide for him, possibly a warm damp cloth on his face to try and loosen it. Have you had him a while? He may have been previously kept too dry, as this species thrives on humidity. Has he been checked by a qualified vet?
