Help me ID my little guy
The breeder said he was an Irian Jaya, but I am just not sure? Maybe a Merauke?

We can also rule out Northern. Based on a quick image search, I would say yours looks more IJ than merauke, but what do I know?

Re: Help me ID my little guy
I'm leaning Merauke on this one. I would recommend a different, more humidity retaining substrate, like cypress much or coco coir. You will want to maintain a 60 - 80% ambient humidity in its enclosure. Maybe consider adding a humidity hide in there.
Puts me in mind of my Merauked girl. (this is an old photo, dont look at the substrate, haha)
