UVA l Infrared or regular Basking?

Just as the title says. I have the heat at the right point for my little nothern bluey, but i was just wondering if it makes any difference with the regular bulbs vs. The infrared.

No difference. Heat is heat, and as long as the temperatures are correct it doesn't matter what source the heat comes from. Red bulbs are mainly used for heating at night as red lamps produce very little visible light, so it doesn't mess with the day/night cycle for the reptiles.

Ok so a basking light is ok with a CHE on at night? And if the substrate is wet, because i used the compressed coco coir blocks and there is still moisture, is that ok? Is the range for humidity on a nothern bts around 40% or so?

Basking light (or basking and CHE) is fine during the day. Yes. 40% should be perfectly fine for a Northern.
