Protein: about 1.5 tsp per feeding
Cooked ground turkey with runny cooked egg (I make it in batches that I freeze ahead of time and thaw out before use)
Greens: about 1 tsp per feeding
Collard greens, mustard greens, kale (whatever I have of those three)
Veggies: .5 - 1 tsp per feeding
Broccoli, squash, tomato, yellow bell pepper, carrots, green beans
Fruit:
a tiny sliver of banana smushed in so she eats her veggies without complaint
Supplements:
Alternating Calcium and Herptivite every-other feeding
She's always eaten exceptionally well, and I've even begun increasing her portion sizes as she seems more and more ravenous lately. I don't know her exact weight, but physically, she looks great - streamlined, but plump - and has an excess of energy; she's always alert and perky, so I'm not at all concerned with her health. I just want to know if her growth sounds normal to the seasoned keepers out there!
