Is this poop color normal?

Postby Pyropanda913 » Sat Jul 16, 2016 2:08 pm

Hi :) I'm a new bts owner as of Tuesday. She's about a month old CB northern. For the past 3 days her poop looks like this, it's a grayish green color and yesterday it was even lighter. I've been feeding her Pure Balance grain free canned dog food on Tues and Wed. She didn't eat Thurs. and yesterday I gave her 2 canned snails. I searched on here first but couldn't find an answer.
Any help or advice is much appreciated!

Oh good! Thank you so much! I'm a worrier and it's nice to have this place to come to for info. and help.
I think she's about to shed right now cause when she's not buried, she's rubbing her face on the glass and doesn't have much of an appetite.
Thanks again :)

Yep, all good, it's a nice poo.

Rubbing their nose on the glass is behaviour you might see anyway, it's just them trying to get through or maybe responding to reflection. Keep an eye on it, my BTS was really naughty in our summer climbing up the glass incessantly. If yours keeps rubbing or starts climbing you might have to do something to try and get him/her to stop. No need to panic, just FYI. :)
