Northern always sleeping now

I have a year old Northern BTS, and JUST RECENTLY he's been sleeping 24/7. He's eating well as normal but I don't why the sudden decrease in activity? It's weird, like I said he eats and poops regularly. His temps are fine. I recently moved his cage to the living room, but my house is fairly quite so I don't know why that would be a problem and it's been about 2 months since i moved the enclosure. He doesn't even bask :( sometimes i'll wake him up and put him on his basking log, and he'll hang out for a bit than go back to burrowing and sleep. He's normally soo active. What do you guys think?
He acts like this when he's due for a shed, but his colors arent' dull or anything.

What is "fine"? Also, is there much of a difference in temperature between the two rooms? Is the living room he is in cooler than the room he was in? Or is he moved closer to an A/C vent?

If the temperature suddenly got cooler when he was moved, then he could be thinking it is winter.

His basking is 95 F and cool side in the 70's F. I don't have an AC or anything, I live in California and my appartment is usually at regular room temp and theirs a fire place i turn on at night so the living room isn't to chilly. So I don't really know what it could be

Temperatures seem fine to me, he may just need time to adjust to the surroundings seeing he is eating a pooping regularly there is no cause for alarm.

A lot of reptiles do not respond well to change. Give him time to get used to his new surroundings, I've had similar experiences just switching from cages in the same room. I recently bought my most spoiled northern a bigger tank. He hated it. Put him back in his 40b and he was fine. Go figure.
