I have been looking at this BTS but don't know which type it is any help would be nice, Thanks.

It is a Halmahera, and looks to be in very poor condition. Eye issues, missing toes, etc. Make sure you have some money saved up for vet bills — looks like he may need a trip.

I'd recommend a humid hide at the warm end of the tank.
Yes, I second the Halmahera ID.

I don't know how he's doing, lost contact with the owner. I did try to pass along info but he never responded.
