Not sure I'd I'm being paranoid or not, just seems like there are small bumps behind his mouth to me and as he is my first skink and a rescue, I worry a lot

Thank you for looking

I have moved your thread kiraptor as it does not fit the criteria for the Advanced Discussion forum.

Your skink's mouth looks healthy to me; a tiny bit of an overbite, which, yes, can be an indicator of MBD if there are other signs present, such as a soft jaw, kinks in the tail, and/or lumps or humps along the spine and hip area, but a small overbite alone can be absolutely normal and shouldn't be cause for worry.

The scale looks just slightly lifted; you may want to increase humidity in his tank a bit perhaps?

Thank you and I'm so sorry I posted in the wrong forum. I guess I probably am being paranoid, its just that the swollen spots weren't there when we first got him. They don't seem to be growing at all but it was something that was bothering me. I've been giving him calcium with every meal, but I'm not sure what his previous owner was giving him if anything.
