Is he at a healthy weight?

He's a 3.5 year old northern. I feed him every other day or every two days of he isn't clearing his plate. I've looked up pictures of other bluesy to compare but just want some actual opinions from other keepers! Also he's cute and I haven't been on here to show him off in awhile!
