the mix is made with 95% lean ground turkey, collard greens, kale, romaine lettuce, butternut squash, acorn squash, mexican squash, an egg, a banana, and a mango. And I threw a little bit of Wellness cat food in there because she ate a bit of it the other day and I was hoping the familiar smell would sort of entice her to try it.

Food
I got my BTS, Bethari, a month ago and she had been eating roaches and worms fine, and since I suspect she was wild caught she wasn't feeling her veggies too much. I was worried she wasn't getting enough nutrition just from feeders alone so I decided to try one of those "skink mixes" that are all over youtube. I made enough for two ice trays full and left some in her cage overnight. She hasn't shown much interest in it
She won't even go near it and hisses at me when I touch her bowl. How long should I try the mix before giving up? I don't want her health to suffer because she's being picky about her veggies.

Re: Food
I'm so sorry, I didn't get an email saying you had responded! It's possibly 60%/40% in favor of the veggies, now that I think about it. I think I'll try again with a larger meat ratio, it just sucks to have to waste all of that food. Trial and error is the game here, I guess!

Re: Food
Seal it up real tight and keep it in the freezer! Make a smaller batch of higher meat content, then slowly introduce the food you already made. It won't spoil that quickly in the freezer, no need to throw it out!
