BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

So it's about that time i'm planning to start buying my new UVB bulbs and basking bulbs.
What brands and wattage do you guys recomend? I have a 40 gallon breeder tank. Northern skink, 6/7 months old.
Currently using Zoo-med 100W basking bulb and thinking of getting the 125 or 150 instead as my skinks basking spot doesn't feel as warm, i'm not sure.
& for uvb i'm using ZILLA 15-watt t8 blulb.

My skink is in brumation at the moment but he's still eating regulary and his lights are still on as well.

If hes still eating regularly i dont think hes brumating ,but thats no biggy,usually they slow down there eating when they brumate

As for wattage bulbs and feeling what temp may be,thats not the best approach as what may feel warm to u may be cool or hot for the lizard,i find it best to actually test temps with a thermometer,and if u need to adjust wattage bulbs ect the temp readings will tell you,sounds like temps are k though if hes feeding regularly still though

I use 10Watt Superior Reptile Supplies globes, i get them for $20 or so from Ebay.

He's defintley just slowed down he hardly comes out or does anything, but eats every few days and basks for abit then goes right back to sleep.
Well his basking spot is between 90-95, usually 93 F it never goes over 95.
which is why i'm not too sure if I should raise it by a little, by getting a 125W instead of the usual 100w Bulb, etc.

Even with heating they still slow down for brumation i had mine heated 24/7 during the winter and they still did.
