I've been noticing bits of snail in my skink's poop after feeding it to him almost a week ago. Is this normal?
he poops about once every one or two days, his poops are long normal shaped poops, maybe a little off colour than usual. (The snails did give him some nasty mushy piles of poop a day or two after for some reason.)
He's also been turning his nose up atost of the dog food I offer him, but I reckon he's just being fussy

Here's a link which will help you further with any poop questions. It's normal to see hard to digest fragments, such as seeds and shell in their poop. As long as the poop is still relatively soft and easy to pass, there should be no reason to worry.

Re: Poop Questions
Thanks Lea, I had seen that and have gone back to it on occasion after odd looking poops
I didn't expect to see bits of food from last week in it though. Glad its normal.
