On Oct 10th this year my Merauke girl Dio had two beautiful babies. I've been meaning to make a thread to update their progress as they grow, so Im finally putting it together. Ill be making my updates to their progress in this topic from now on.
Both babies are a couple weeks past their first shed now, and have almost doubled in size.

So beautiful! Thanks for sharing.
I have a question, I have a bunch of nice moss coming this week. From your pic it seems that you keep it quite wet, is that correct?
Anyways, beautiful pics and Meraukes!

thanks Krmike.
As for your question, when I get moss I will usually submerge it in water in a bucket completely for a minute or two. Then bit by bit, I will wring it out very thoroughly, before putting it in my enclosures. I keep it damp, but definitely not wet. If I were to grab a hand full and squeeze it, you would not see water come out of it. I will then spray it down every day or so with a spray bottle, which will help keep it moist but it will eventually dry out. When I feel its too dry I will usually soak it in the bucket again, and repeat the process. I think the key is damp not wet. I hope that helps, and answers your question.
