Taming blue tongue

Probably the most obvious question ever but what's the best way to tame my blue tongue?

I've tried hand feeding him and sometimes he will take the food from and I've had him out a few times but he mainly goes back into hiding when I come close,

Is the simple answer, time?

I've only had him around a month and a half and he is only around 3 months old so I am aware his natural instinct as a baby will be to hide (although he isn't the size of a baby anymore he is growing at a rapid rate haha)

It's mainly just time, handle him for a little bit each day, some say talking to them will help them become more tame, i personally put tshirts in my ones when i first got them in the hopes of them getting used to my scent and trusting it.
