I would say you have a beautiful, dark Irian Jaya. Not many around with this look. I could see the argument of it being a "New Form" Merauke with the black legs and single nape stripe, but I would classify it as an IJ, and would happily breed it to other dark IJs. 
ETA: Actually, never mind about the single nape stripe. Upon looking at it via laptop, I can see it does indeed have a very faint trident down the nape. Here is what yours will likely look like when it is an adult. I can't remember who owns this picture, but credit to the photographer:

That's a very nice looking skink. If its a very dark IJ, I've never seen one like that before. Like I say, I like it!
