Weird scars and cut

My 6 month old Northern has these weird cuts along the right side of his face/mouth/neck area, as shown in the pictures.
The spots that look a little yellowish are the healing spots, he gets a bunch of random cuts in that area and I've always just
assumed he got them from climbing around the cage, he's very active and hyper so he tends to do really weird stuff in there... But anyways these cuts stopped for a while now BUT now he has one kinda on the inside of his ear, and I noticed it bleeding when I was giving him a mini bath ( he's gonna shed this week) and idk im worried, what do you guys think? Could this just be an injury? Or something else? It's even weirder that he only has them on his right side? Pls help.
He's on aspen bedding, temps are good, he seems happy just not sure what this is.

What type of things do you have in his cage? Do you have sharp things or wood, sharp plastic, or any sharp spots on the walls of the cage?

Theirs some wood, and a a rock but nothing is sharp enough to hurt him, unless maybe he scraped himself on his wood hide I'm not sure. I attatched a pic of his setup

It could be the log ,but it is less likely. Maybe take out the log and put something else in there for her to hide in.

a couple things, i would check the edges around the inside and entrance to that hide you have on the left side under the light. i've had hides like that and sometimes they can have rough or sharp edges along the inside.
another thing i'd check closely for is to look for mites. they would look like tiny dots crawling around on his scales. he could be rubbing himself excessively on his decorations because of itching caused by mites, and even possibly led to some of the bleeding in the ear.
