Ive had this big guy since april, he was under weight and is missing toes and nails, he's since gotten back up to a healthier weight and eating, although a bit stubborn/picky. But, his breathing hasent improved, he still beathes heavy alot puffing up his whole body dureing inhaling, and its starting to worry me. He has NO clicking or dischange, but i guess IR is my biggest worry, I attached a video of him doing it somewhat, please help me cure my lovable Sobe! ( his name)

If it's been that way the whole time you've had him and there are no sounds with the breaths, I would be inclined to say that that's just the way he breathes.
BTS breathing is very irregular to begin with, it can freak a lot of people out. We get questions on it all the time, so I actually just grabbed my camera one time and went and filmed my skinks ...just breathing. It's long, and it's boring, and you have to promise to not judge me for the messes in some of the tanks (girls are on paper towels as they haven't given birth yet at that point):
