BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

Funny was eager to come out of her cage this morning, which is normal. I took her out for a while and put her back later. I checked in her later and the it looked like a little part of the left side of her gums were bleeding a little. I got my phone to take a picture a few minutes later and I couldn't see any blood anymore, and it seemed like it had stopped. Besides the fact that she didn't eat much last time I fed her and her gums are bleeding a tiny bit, she seems perfectly normal.

EDIT: Before her last shed there was also s little blood on one of the scales on her head, but it seems to be gone now...


Here's the healed (?) part that was on her head. She also hasn't gotten the other half of shed off her head...

ANOTHER EDIT: I took her cave out to look at it, it doesn't seem sharp in any places... She's walking around like normal. Is and I don't think her gums are bleeding anymore.

EDIT: I'm thinking the blood is from her trying to get the shed off around her eyes/nose/head. Her favorite hide isn't sharp, but it's very rough. Could that be it?

I'm going to give her a soak (even though she DESPISES baths) tomorrow and try feeding her after. Hopefully she can some of that shed off.
