Too much handling?
So recently, I've been trying to take my 3 week old skink out of his tank every day to get him used to moving about. Usually we watch tv. Yesterday, I took him to a store, and he did good. Today I took him to another store, which he also did good at. I'm just kind of concerned that I might be stressing him out too much, because he's so small. Should I be concerned?

He mostly just sits in my hand when we walk around. He lets people pet him on the head. If he gets figity, I put him in my little pet carrier with a pillowcase, and he just hides in it. Or sometimes I'll hold him against my neck and he'll calm down right away. He hasn't hissed at all when we've been out though.

In my honest opinion (granted I don't have the greatest wealth of information on exactly what way is best to handle BTS', still figuring things out for me) that sounds awesome. If he's calm right when you place him against your neck, I'd say that's a great sign. My six month old still won't sit still very long at all, I think he just thinks I'm annoying. I think your on track to building a tremendous bond! Especially since you can carry him places with you without a problem. He'll grow up to be probably very tame and well adapted to human-ey situations. I personally don't think you're doing anything wrong.
If he starts behaving strangely one day in response to being handled or being out and exposed to something new, maybe just give him a day without excessive handling (maybe just stay inside your house) to let him process all the new sights and sounds he's learning about. That's my suggestion.
