I am surprised Dakota hasn't got all excited with this mention of blueys at the end of the paragraph from part 3,

"In addition to mapping more than a dozen localities for chondropythons and bolstering ratsnake populations, Bushmaster Reptiles introduced more than twenty undescribed species into the captive trade. Among the highlights are the yellow monitor (Varanus mellinus), the tri-color monitor (Varanus yowonoi, named after Kamuran’s partner Frank Yuwonoi), sub-strains of the amethystine python from Halmhara (Morelia tracyae) and Tanimbar (Morelia nauta), and newly understood designations for blue tongue skinks out of Merauke and Tanimbar."

That's the only time blueys get mentioned but it's still a very interesting read.
