Lucifer-Update Trying Unconventional Treatment

Postby Lucifer » Sun Apr 05, 2015 10:13 am

Hello. Per my prior post about Lucifer, my son's 4 1/2 year old Northern Blue Tongue Skink vet diagnosed him with chronic stomatitis. Lucifer has been under the care of a vet since last Oct. 2014 (vet bill $1700 to date & climbing). We have tried numerous antibiotics (bacterial and fungal), cold laser therapy and surgical removal of a growth on his jawline. As the biopsy and cultures all came back negative for bacterial and fungal properties, I fear that may be a systemic viral thing or an autoimmune deficiency etc.. So sick of hearing "we really don't know a lot about these guys". Lucifer's stomatitis symptoms all returned about a month after the surgery (reddening of the jawline inside his mouth, pink areas on his belly as well as slow labored breathing). My biggest fear is sepsis which is sure death. I consulted my girlfriend who is a Kinesiologist with a very successful homeopathic Healthcare practice (for over 13 yrs) who treats my 11 yr. old son for his Type 1 Diabetes. Before everyone gets crazy, my son also sees an Endocrinologist. There is something to be said about the combination of Eastern & Western medical practices although doctors and veterinarians disagree. I showed the Kinesiologist the list of antibiotics that the vet tried with Lucifer. She immediately told me that Lucifer tested for 2 weeks of fluctuating Baytril and Amikacin antibiotics and told me specific days and amounts to give Lucifer (she was right on with doses for his weight as it was similar to what vet prescribed previously). After 2 weeks of antibiotics she said Lucifer needed something called MMS "Miracle Mineral Supplement" (Dr. DeHaans 28% Hydrochloric Acid which gets mixed with an activator in specific water amounts) which is a great clearing agent. When I looked it up online, it seems to be used to treat many things but the things that stuck out in my head are autoimmune diseases, kills viruses, for infected gums, cancer etc.. Lucifer has been on a few drops of MMS given to him orally at bedtime 3 days in a row after his carnivore care and pedialyte. I do not know how this treatment is going to turn out, but this is definitely holding the sepsis at bay. Although, he does have a small spot of reddened stomatitis on the inside of each jaw, it definitely has improved. He no longer has a pink belly or labored breathing. I hope and pray that something in this MMS clears the true reason for the secondary infection chronic stomatitis. It certainly is worth the shot when all else has failed.

Very interesting. Do you have pictures you could post of the problem areas?
Are you 100% that he is a Northern?
Definitely keep us posted.

Hi Susann. Sorry for the delay in sending pics.. Lucifer definitely is a Northern blue tongue skink. I tried to pry his mouth in the one pic. so you can see where it is red on the inside of his jawline. This is also the side which had the growth along the jawline which was surgically removed. The Kinesiologist said he is detoxing too fast with the carnivore care food so she told me to buy Garden of Life RAW Green Super Food capsules from Feel-Rite. She said we have to work around the MMS because we must remove harmful chemicals and metals from him now which we all have just from breathing the air. I mixed the contents of the green capsule with Pedialyte and give him this with a dropper. Kinesiologist also said Lucifer will be 80% cleared by Thurs.. His coloring looks great today but he is mopey. Think he may feel nauseous from detoxing but hopefully this will be short term. Do you think his neck area behind temporals looks swollen? With vet I think we were just treating the symptoms of the secondary stomatitis without getting to the root or cause for it and that is why it keeps coming back. Hopefully with Kinesiologist we will get to root of problem by detoxing and clearing stuff internally. Have to say that Kinesiologist is so knowledgeable and Homeopathic methods can be really amazing.
