Wild Sydney locale Eastern

As I was in Sydney over the weekend, I encountered an Eastern crossing a busy four lane road. I stopped and helped it to safety and grabbed a few pictures. Its from a western suburb of Sydney called Riverstone.

Very clean for a wildy, normally they have a scar or two/missing tail.

I live about 30 minutes away from there, though the wild ones near me are usually a dark greenish gold where as this one look like it has a nice yellowish colour to it.

Nice looming specimen rory,i guess you would class that as sydneys green phase as apposed to silvers,lots of variety in them,even from a small suburb

Does look in remarkably good shape

'Rivo' is regarded as being in the badlands :lol: A mix of degraded farmlands, industrial estates and rundown houses. I suppose its perfect bluey habitat.

Pack your banjo when going there. Also has a reputation in some circles as being a hotspot for illegally kept elapids, particularly browns. :shock: Check for the trades done in the car park of a well known hamburger franchise.
