Red classic northern shed....

Postby DianaBlueTongue » Sun Nov 09, 2014 9:55 am

Love this guy. Henry is just an awesome lizard, super calm and curious and just gorgeous. He was produced by Sweet Arrow Reptiles from their red line of classic northerns.

Very nice. Not sure he looks all that different to a "normal" northern, but a nice one for sure. Is the sun still shining like that where you are? It is nothing but grey and drizzle here!

Thanks! Yeah, he's just a normal classic northern, just a little bit redder then typical classic northerns. The breeders don't label them as anything but a classic northern, they just note that this one and its sibling were produced from classics they've been selectively breeding for a few years to enhance the reddish color they sometimes have.

And to be honest, today was the first sunny day we've had in a while, its usually pretty grey this time of year here too. I definitely took advantage of it, tried to get as many blueys out for some sun as I could before the clouds came back. :P
