Nice 27 degree day in melb,on my break from work, split shifts so at folks place checking on the outdoors blotchies, popped in with a couple of cans,of the dogfood variety, lol, popped them down whilst i grabbed food bowls and they were trying to devour the unopened cans,so warily grabbed cans and gave them a feed, first good feed after spring warming, you can tell when they are ready to guts it as they try you out whilst there waiting

Thankfullu the lowlands have slightly better table manners, the leaping at the can waterdragons make up for that though, there like a pack of velociraptors, reallu need to get another big male after the old boy passed away a couple of seasons ago, they actually make the females a tad less explosive, and the big males arent as fast or jumpy as the females so easier to sort out at feed time
