clipping toenails
Does anyone clip their blueys nails, or do they wear down naturally?

Re: clipping toenails
Depends on what you have in the enclosure. If you use slate tiling or something similar, that usually keeps nails down enough. However, if not, than you will need to clip nails. Click on the care sheet link in my signature and go to the section regarding this subject.

Re: clipping toenails
I clip my blueys nails. I use a cuticul nail cutter. I also was told by someone who worked at a petshop that you can kind of gently drag them backward on the cement and this files their nails too. I tried it but it took too long to get the desired effect. I have also tried filing them down with nail filers and even a pumice stone but it takes too long to file, better just to clip. You could also let you BTS walk around on the cement for a half an hour each day and over time they will wear down.
