New arrivals

Postby mark_w » Mon Sep 15, 2014 12:11 pm

I had a very busy time at the Hamm show. These are two of the baby skinks that came home with me :D

I picked up three of these beauties (with thanks to Kim).

I was also very lucky to be able to pick up this little fella too.

To say that I am happy is an understatement. Being at work today was awful. I wanted to be at home!!! I will take more and better photos once they've had a little time to settle. I don't want to mess with them too much for the first few days. They are all feeding which is great. In fact the blotchies have done nothing but eat!

Mark.

Ray mentioned that you had gotten a western, i almost messaged you this morning to ask for a picture. That thing is amazing, and as always Kims blotchies look fantastic. Great additions.

So cool! I don't even know how you go about getting a western, lol. Whats the personality like on a western?

Its early days yet. Right now, he's only a baby and is shy but is definitely a character.

They can get very out going young westerns, watch your fingers if it thinks your feeding it,they go nuts at live food,my youngens used to charge over and snap at water when i was topping ip there water bowl every time, and one would always end up grabbing the bowl and death shaking it,lol

You will love the blotchies i reckon mark,im fond of all blueys but they are still my favourites, just all round great lizards ,and kims are some of the nicest ones getting around color wise

I’m so glad they all arrived safely! We are still nervously waiting on this end. Those both look fantastic! I’m looking forward to more pictures.

I was really nervous about how they would do being in those containers for that long. I am so glad they got there safely.

I do love that Western.
