Irwin baby: Alpha just finished his shed

Postby Jbolar » Sat Sep 13, 2014 8:01 pm

Valley had posted the Irwin babies showing off some killer color coming through on some of the babies, here is the baby i got from that litter after his most recent shed and finally getting some time to take them outside.

this animal has quickly become one of my favorites, he's not like the others, so feisty doesn't behave at all like the other mellow baby bluey's.

I like that he has a lot of white flecks in his bands. Northerns vary a lot in the amount of white specks on their backs. Some have almost none, and others have a lot. I like the look when they have a lot.

yup, his banding is atypical and i like how his orange portholes looks more like someone took a pallet knife and smeared orange on rather than dropped it on. doesn't look like A lot of northerns out there.
