There's a little shed stuck on his nose that keeps making him sneeze. I have tried rubbing it when a warm damp paper towel. I have tried giving him a lukewarm bath and it's still on there. What to do...

Just leave it alone. It will come off when it is ready. If you are really concerned about it, start misting your skink a couple of times a day to bring up the overall humidity in the enclosure. You don't want to force it off because it may not be ready to come off yet, which could hurt your skink.
