Hi all,
Wanted to say hi as I'm new to the forum. We've just purchased an Eastern BTS juvenille, "Barry", for our son as has recently shown an interest in reptiles (prodominately lizards). I kept shinglebacks when I was a kid but that was 20-25 years ago now so was super excited when my boy told me he wanted a Bluey. We've intially purchased a 36" x 18" x 18" Terrarium but I know that he will quickly out grow it, so I'm giving my self plenty of time and going to start building a custom enclosure. It's been ages since I've kept reptiles, so I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions for you all. I'm pleased to say however that only after a few days in his new home he is happly exploring and spending time out of his hide. Spent plenty of time last night asleep on his basking rock. Hopefully this weekend I will be able to post of some photos of the little guy.
Cheers,
Andrew
