Renny the rescue merauke

Postby DianaBlueTongue » Sat Jul 26, 2014 6:28 am

She's come so far in the last 6 months. It was a long road to recovery but id do it all over again, just love this not so little anymore girl to pieces. Thankyou sooo much to everyone who helped and gave advice when she first came to me, love this community too :)

I love the meraukes that have the color in their bands  so how many blue tongues do you have now? I remember you had burrito when you first joined around the same time as me, did you have more before or did this forum just spike your interest?

lol, you are right! when I joined I had only burrito and this girl, Renny. I think I'm at 12 now. :P Getting seriously into blueys has been a long time coming thing for me, ive been keeping, raising and breeding lots of different species of reptile for years but always wanted to focus on these guys once I had the time and energy/space for it and this was the year I really made the decision to move forward with it and subsequently stumbled across this forum at the same time, which in turn blew the doors wide open. lol.

This forum made me fall ever deeper in love with the bts community after meeting so many awesome folks and having the opportunity to get some really amazing little babes from some of the breeders here. I'll have a (hopeful!) litter of little babes now soon too and Im just so excited about it, ive hatched sooo many eggs but never had a live birth before, well, except one but I don't think my daughter counts. :P
